This is my biggest issue. If I begin an exercise regimen and decide I don't like it from the start, there is a 99.9% chance I will not follow through with it. I am the queen of excuses and if I don't like the exercise regimen I'm doing, I will come up with any and every excuse in the book not to do it. Some fun programs I reccomend would be Turbo Jam or Hip Hop Abs. You are more likely to keep pressing play because you love it rather than because you feel like you have to. When I'm truly dreading a workout or am tired of a specific workout video, I catch myself literally "ugghhh"-ing at the t.v., or mocking the trainer. Not very nice, I know.
