The 1 Thing We All Do that is Slowly Killing Us
We all know that most Americans lead a pretty sendentary lifestyle, there's no doubt about that! We have desk jobs, we watch lots of t.v., we rarely exercise. We are, in fact, a country notorious for eating too much and not moving enough. But did you know that doing this one thing we all do, even if you exercise everyday, still raises your risk for heart disease considerably? Read on, my doomed friend!

How Shakeology changed my life!
I gained about 30 pounds when I was pregnant with my second baby (learned my lesson the first time when I gained 60 pounds!) so I thought I was doing pretty great. I shed the weight pretty quickly, but it came back on pretty quickly as well. They tell you breastfeeding helps you lose weight, but what they don't tell you is that you need to have some kind of control over what you eat. Oops, my bad.

Should we blame bad genes for being overweight?
We have all heard someone at one point or another blame their "bad genes" for them being overweight. While I have always brushed it off as an excuse, science shows that the theory is, in fact, true but there is something such an individual can do about it!
